Just cooked a sirloin steak for the first time and me and my dad both thoroughly enjoyed it! Also spent most of the day helping my dad tidy his house. Did a great job and managed to tidy a hell of a lot.

Our little hamster Izzy died today :(. She had kidney failure so we put her down as she would have been in pain. I was at my student house so I only knew about it when I got a text from my dad saying to ring him and my sister answered and told me. She'd not been right for a few days, not eating much...looking older :(. We had her a good 2 years and I know thats good for hamsters but it doesnt help. She was part of the family.....I loved that little thing :(. She used to come to the top of her cage, take food from you then run and put it in a little food pile in the corner of her house then come back up for more. She was so loving and funny. When I stayed at my dads at night she kept me company on her wheel...squeak...squeak. :( We're going to bury her in my students house garden because my dads flat doesnt have one. God im going to miss her so much. R.I.P Izzy <3 <3

Hiya everyone, sorry I've taken so long to post anything. Right erm well I've been off Uni for a few months now, got about four weeks left until my third year in University. Very scary!!

Ma Mum's moved down to Plymouth so im staying with my dad at the moment. Going to visit her soon for a week though so looking forewards to that. She's going out with a captain at the moment who's unfortunatley away at sea for three months so im going to keep her company.

Unfortunatley split up with Pete recently (Greskil) due to distance problems but now have a new boyfriend. His name is Paolo (Terachi), a black dragon who goes to the same uni as me AND turns out he lives just down the road from me ^^. Very lucky to have him :).

Probably missing a lot of stuff out but I cant think of anything at the moment. Oh I downloaded the new Google Chrome today. I quite like the browser as it seems lightweight and easy to use, its not that intuitive but when you discover where things are its becomes easy. The colours are light and breasy and the small menu bar means you can view more of a webpage while still retaining the ability to access the browsers options and bookmarks.

The bookmark bar can be toggled with ctrl+b so it doesnt always get in the way but is easy to bring up and can be customised with a number of folders. Another great feature is an inbuilt task manager that allows you to see how much memory each tabbed web page takes up. Also when a page freezes instead of the whole browser crashing a single tab can be safely closed via the taskmanager.

Apart from a few things such as it doesnt seem to have java at the moment and that ssl 3.0 is not supported the browser looks impressive.

Married Couple
A married couple are driving along a highway doing a steady forty miles per hour. The wife is behind the wheel. Her husband suddenly looks across at her and speaks in a clear voice. "Darling," he says. "I know we've been married for twenty years, but I want a divorce."
The wife says nothing, keeps looking at the road ahead but slowly increases her speed to 45 mph. The husband speaks again. "I don't want you to try and talk me out of it, "he says, "because I've been having an affair with your best friend, and she's a far better lover than you are."
Again the wife stays quiet, but grips the steering wheel more tightly and slowly increases the speed to 55. He pushes his luck. "I want the house," he says insistently.

The Ladies Bar

Three Dogs

Xbox live/360 customer "services"

Wow.....I feel like going on a rant cos these guys are STUPID. Right I first contacted them because my xbox live vision camera was working FINE on my console but on my pc when i try to view it it simply flickers like crazy then the image freezes. Simple enough. So I emailed them saying the drivers were installed, i had tried reinstalling drivers etc but nothing worked. They got back to me....try reinstalling the drivers......right.

Ok I emailed back again saying it hadn't worked. I get an email back saying sorry it didnt work, you will have to send your console in for repair.....REPAIR???? I clearly stated my console is fine, its clearly my pc/ the camera that is faulty. Grr clearly some Idiot in a call centre who looks at a couple of words in ur email and picks an automated response from a small list.

Secondly I told them that when I had first signed up to xbox live it had given me the option to add all my MSN friends with gamertags to my friends list. Unfortunatley for some reason my console froze. So i emailed them asking if there was some way I could import all my friends again. They emailed back saying sorry my console froze, would I like it repaired. I replied No.....its ok.....thats not what i was asking about so I asked the question again in a more simply way.....I get a reply.......so you wanted to know about xbox live family settings....you can stop your children from being able to add people etc....wtf.......do people not have to be somewhat intelligent to work in a call centre......id ring up but (no offense to anyone meant but this is TRUE) id probably get through to some call centre in india with some sassy guy who has no idea what an xbox even is!!!.

Grr customer service....my butt....same with vodafone. If ya get through to an english/scottish person on the phone. Your problem will be solved. Email and get an indian person. You'll get an email back with some info bearing some vague resemblance to what you asked but missing out any additional information you requested.

Right that felt good to get that out of my system ^^ Thanks to anyone who read this and none of this was meant to offend. Clearly some call centres/email centres DO get the job done. Just not the ones ive delt with!

Hiya everyone hope your ok, just a little update from me. Finished uni for the year with my last exam last friday ^^. Hoping to get a small job over the summer for a little extra money. Living alone in ma student house at the moment.

Erm whats happened to me recently...well erm after sending an email to our housing place they agreed to put us a new carpet in which was fitted today, the boiler was fixed and my housemates room is going to be redecorated ^^.

Try as i might to get my xbox live camera to properly work with my pc i just cant. However I did think about upgrading my bios...risky i know but thought meh why not.... tried it and....it worked...went from v1.3 to v1.4 and it actually worked (which surprised me seeing as how my pc seems to always kick me in the crotch. The cam still doesnt work but at least ive got an updated bios.

Also finally decided to install SP3 today after enragement and wanting to brick my pc :P. Unlike last time i installed (and then restored :P) it actually loads up and seems pretty ok. At least I dont have to go through the damn install sp3 screen every time i want to do a windows update. ^^

Xbox 360: Elite!

Lycan just went down to his local CEX and traded in loads of DS games, a few psp games and two old phones. He then added 12 pounds to that, and another 12 for halo 3 and bought an Xbox 360 elite! The black one with wireless controller, HD tv connector AND 120gb Hard drive!!

Sadly I cant play it yet as I have another exam tomorrow and i promised myself I wouldn't play until I revised ^^. But afterwards. Yay!!!!!!!!! In other news, the first exam I did LOADS of revision for and it went really well. Only four more to go now!!. Did electromagnetism last tuesday. Got solids tomorrow, optics the tuesday after then atomic spectra and relativity on the friday. Then all done!! Need to get a job for the summer tho so I got more cash.

In other news Im currently selling a PSP if anyone is interested :). If ya are plz lemmie know ^^. Ill accept paypal. Its white, in pretty good condition and comes with a sexy black sturdy case AND a psp speaker set :). Note or comment for more details or to make an offer ^^.

Westlife at Sheffield Arena!!!

Just went to see Westlife at sheffield arena with ma mum and had a FANTASTIC time, they were awsome. Their also so attractive hehe. Did a brilliant show and I got lots of videos of their songs. Best one was when they left but did an encore of you raise me up in white suits. Been a fantastic evening :)

Uni Finished!

I finally finished uni yesterday and apart from a couple of none compulsory revision lectures and four exams im COMPLETELY FREE FOR THE SUMMER!! yay! Finished off the friday by giving an oral presentation (hears 1000's of furrys giggling ) on the latent heat of vaporisation of liquid nitrogen. Then had a wonderful BBQ with some friends and ma pal Raxor wolf. Then topped off the evening by spending 12am till 1am blowing giant bubbles and getting soap all over the kitchen floor....what a good day hehe ^^.

Finally done all my work for uni!!!. Finished my computer programing project and wrote it up. Submitted my lab report on the susceptibility of a paramagnetic liquid. Handed in my opics problem class work and handed in my solids work. I officially have no proper homework until next friday!!! Plus I only have one lecture tomorrow so thats fantastic!!!

Erm update on my life, things are great. Still looking for someone to come live with us next year as a housemate is moving out. Hopefully gonna find a nice person :). Erm went bowling a week or so ago after going out the night before. Was fun but figured out that if ya good at Wii bowling it does NOT mean you will be any good at regular bowling lol. Oh well :P.

Meetage Reportage!

This months meet was FANTASTIC. We got an awsome turnout of so many furries we took up most of AXM :P. We at first had a great time in AXM messing about, chatting and drinking a little ^^. Got hugs and then went out to do some fursuiting. Like last month we decided to go wave and cars and managed to get quite a few to honk at us.....god motorists can be fun ^^.

After lots of fursuiting (in the rain unfortunatley) we went back to the bar for a while and then to the awsomeness that is dixies!. After dixies and more bar we headed to Collectormania and had a great time there. Got to see lots of cosplay and a green power ranger. My pal Chris got a free autograph off the dude who was inside R2D2, Tori managed to get a picture with one of the kids off Heroes and I chatted to the guy who played Todd Grimshaw in coronationstreet about the club we both went to before it burnt down. Anyone remember the gatecrasher??

The best part of collectormania was when we got our photo taken with ANTHONY HEAD!!! ie Giles from buffy, The demon headmaster, and prime minister in little britain. I also got to shake his hand hehe ^^. Ill have to upload the picture when I get it off cheetahkid :).

Afterwards had a great night out with Kenno and a few other furs. Was really good, went to quite a few bars and Baa Baar lol which was cool ^^. Sunday was a really lucky day as we didnt miss the train, managed to just get off before the conductor got to us and managed to avoid the rain for a while. We went to a few bars on Sunday, hung around in oklahoma and a wetherspoon and generally had a good time.

Then had a nice latte before heading to the train station before just getting the train with a minute to spare, got in early and managed to catch my bus a minute after I arrived hehe :). Lucky fox ^^. Then got home and now Im watching Terminator three with my housemates Ben and Tom ^^ hehe. Waiting for this huge storm that was meant to have happened at about eightish :P. Hopefully it wont happen as I have a busy day in uni tomorrow.

Exam Results!!

Hiya guys got ma exam results recently so just thought id update ya all on those ^^.

Thermal Physics- 63%
Labs- 68%
Quantum Mechanics- 77%
Classical Physics- 78%
Programming in C- 86%
Mathematical Methods for Physicists and Astronomers- 88%.

Which Gives me a grand averaged total of 77% which equates to a first which is the best kind of degree you can get :). I dont often get to blow my own trumpet but Im really pleased with myself on this one :). Especially for the 77% in Quantum mechanics which was so hard it actually saw people getting like 15% and even a few zeroes :/.

Hope everyone is ok I have next week left then im off for easter (thank god) hope to see any of you manchester going furs this week at the minimeet so take care.

Lost my (Earthquake) virginity!!

Omg just experienced my first earthquake, im really glad i had clothes in the drier so I wasnt in bed missing this. Was in the front room watching new battlestar galactica and the whole room shook for a few seconds. Took me and ma housemates a few seconds to figure out what it was. Its on sky news 24 already, apparently could be around 4-5 on the richter scale and possible epicentre is around lincoln but cant confirm atm. Was quite a buzz really ^^. Off to bed now as I have to be up early but was very good fun!

Nigerian Scammers

What is it with people from Nigeria trying to scam me. Is their sole source of income for their country scamming people from eBay. I have a good basis for thinking this since all 5 of the people who have tried to scam me online have all wanted me to post the item to Nigeria..... WTF. The first was 3 times on my eBay account when trying to sell my old phone, three times the listing closed and they sent me a fake Paypal email. Luckily I'm not a retard so immediately suspected the email was fake and checked paypal. Now the same has happened again whilst trying to sell my other phone on amazon, a stupid fake email that has stupid typos trying to get me to send the phone because apparently the money has been sent. Dont get taken in by these, always what I do, CHECK THE WEBSITE YOU ARE SELLING FROM! dont just accept what the email says, if your item really has been paid for, check paypal/amazon/ebay and there should be info there. If it is a fake send it to wherever you are selling via one of their phishing scammer email thingys, more details will be on their site. I got two of exactly the same fake emails from two different Nigerians, I swear those laptops they were shipping over for the kids have all the scamming stuff as a template....get em started at a young age. Grrr i just wanna sell my phone, for money.....why cant they let me do that. Oh well thats my rant over. If ya read this sorry :P but I wanted to get if off my chest.

Manchester minimeet. 9-10th of feb 2008!!

Day 1

Had an awsome time at the minimeet his month. This one was my year anniversary, ie ive been going to meets since February 2007!! ^^. Had an awsome good time, met up with all ma furry friends and some of the slightly newer dudes such as Rupert who is already becoming part of the gang hehe.

First we went to spirit and had furry fun in there drawing etc (or if your me writing down Schrodingers equation for some reason :P). Greskil my bf gave me a NEW TAIL which looks absolutely fab, much better than the crappy one I made, thanks hun :). We then we went out to the road that crosses the canal and started the fursuiting ^^. Was honestly one of the best fursuitings ive ever seen, we all stood at the side of the road waving at cars and busses to get them to honk at us. Rupert even created a sign to get them honking ^^. Video footage will be on youtube when I've had time to edit it.

After suiting we headed to KFC in a small group and had some chickeny goodness before heading off around the shopping centre for hours :). We then met up with Istauri and Azra and left the meet for the day ^^.

Day 2

After meeting up with all the fuzzies at the train station we headed to spirit only to find it was closed! Omgz!! So instead we headed to Mantos. After a tiny time there a group of us broke off to go and see what was going on with the Scientology "Raid" that was being done by Anonymous.

We managed to wriggle our way through Chinese new year celebrations which looked pretty impressive and finally made our way (meeting up with chase on the way, AND finding Shin su (sorry if i gotcha name wrong) who had found my ears ^^) to the raid.

I was quite impressed as there was at least 100 Anonymous people protesting outside the Scientology church chanting and giving out leaflets, we even got a fair trade chocolate bar ^^.

Mr Belliachi actually went to the whole thing in his tail and collar, which im quite impressed with hehe, he even managed to get an interview with a few of them! Which im sure he'll be posting online for everyone to see ^^.

After the raid we headed back and went into spirit, by then I was very tired and hungry so we all headed after that to Dixies for some more chickeny goodness. Afterwards Tori and Chris and I had to leave as they had to get back to meet their parents and I was falling asleep hehe ^^. So we said goodbye and they went their separate way leaving Greskil, Kracken and a friend of Pinky's to head to the train station.

At the train station I caught a rail replacement bus.......funny as I also had to catch one to the meet in the boiling sun. Bet everyone REALLY wanted to know that :P. Last funny thing that happened was a man on the bus who was erm...how to put this....a little retarded maybe....i dunno....but he was belching, coughing up flem and saying stuff such as you F****ng B****rds, then mumbling in a gravely, you know theres something not right mentally with him, voice then more you f****ng c**t.....it was quite embarrassing and im glad when I finally got off the bus.

I then caught another bus, got home, said hi to my house mates Tom and Ben and went straight to bed as I was SHATTERED. Conclusion......AWSOME FURMEET.

Three hours away from my thermal physics exam. ARGH!!! Hopefully it'll go ok. After that my last exam is next thursday....the dreaded quantum physics. Im willing to take all the luck I can get so PLEEEASE wish me luck :). Gonna do some last minute cramming now so seeyas :)

RIP Jeremy Beadle

I just found out that Jeremy Beadle passed away today aged 59 :(. I belive he passed away after a short battle with pneumonia. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones. I remember him from beadles about and you've been framed. Always used to love that show. Cant belive he's gone :(. RIP Jeremy.

This months manchester minimeet was awsome as I got to stay over at tori's again AND was invited to a japanese restaurant for Krins birthday. My first time having japanese and can I say it was AWSOME. The tables even had a hole beneath them so it looked like you were sitting japanese style while really your legs just dangled bellow the table.

As for everything else im in an intense period of revision (or at least it should be intense) for which im finding it very hard to concentrate. As a result I may not be online as much until my exams are over. (They start on the 25th and finish on the 8th of feb). I love whoever did the timetable though as each exam has a day before it free so I can revise and the hardest exam (quantum physics) is last with a whole WEEK before it to cram hehe.

In other news check out my FA account for my new comissions I received and also ill soon have one of those custom collars they were advertising on there so ill post a pic of myself with it on then.

Hope everyone has a happy new year and I wish health, wealth and good fortunes for all :). Had a pretty good time last night, had a few drinks with my family and nibbles while we watched the fireworks on tv ^^. Phil (mum's bf) had too much to drink as usual and was spouting crap but apart from that everything was good :).

Feels strange it not being 2007 anymore, to sum up 2007 I think it was a pretty good year, first year in Uni ^^ met LOADS of furries (too many to mention) as I started going to meets February 2007 if I belive correctly :).

Speaking of meets the sheffield one last weekend was AMAZING. I actually still was at my uni place so could have people stay over for the meet :). Had my lovely bf pete, myself and Tori Bellichi and Tracker over to stay :) was awsome to host and we all had fun and ate lots of chinese food :).

Got to see lots of furries I hadn't seen for a while such as Fubuki :) which was awsome as we went to the millennium gallery cafe and had some lovely gamon sandwiches and smoothies ^^. Then went back to a couple of furries house almost right next to where I live! Im afraid I forget the names as im REALLY bad with names hehe but had a great time there also :).

Cant think of anything else to say as im quite tired (as you can probably see from my spelling and unordered post :P). So happy new year everyone and hope to speak soon :)
